Here at our Manchester Plant, we are currently looking to recruit talented applicants for an Advanced Apprenticeship in Maintenance & Operations Engineering. Successful candidates will start the scheme in September 2024.

About P&G and the Role:

Procter & Gamble is a world class highly successful global company in the manufacturing of leading brand name consumer products. Manufacturing is responsible for every aspect of Product Making and Packing and is recognized as an industry leader for developing innovative production systems and technologies.

Successful applicants will be based at our Manchester Plant, whilst attending Trafford College to complete both academic & practical modules as part of the apprenticeship framework. On successful completion, the role will enable you to utilize mechanical, pneumatic, & process systems gained during the apprenticeship!

Job Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Typically 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or higher including maths, English and science, or equivalent and/or relevant experience, however applicants without this will still be considered.

  • We are looking for individuals who have a high level of personal accountability and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to commute to our plant in Manchester, UK

  • Strong verbal and written English language skills
