· Specialize in Virtual Operations Manufacturing Engineering: primary responsibility is to plan and implement

the launch of new vehicle programs at assembly plants.

· Virtual manufacturing Engineers work with cross-functional teams to validate CAD,

· Capable of understanding existing plant 2D layout /CLL for the simulation to create Digital environment in

Manufacturing Process Planner.

· Create Dynamic path for required parts to evaluate path sequence in Tecnomatix process simulate software.

· Drive the development of automation process with focus error proof and process simulations and kinematics

· Collaborate with Product Development team to generate facility & tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce

labor requirements,

· Research new technologies to drive manufacturing towards digital transformation.

· Candidate will be key in driving standardization across all manufacturing lines and processes

· Gather Inputs requirements based on existing processes in simulation and build automated processes.

· Understands Ford specifications and standards for use in developing simulated hardware components and

systems.

· Evaluate SCCAFs and Develop Failure Mode Avoidance plan (FMEA) and documentation for New Model

Programs Design verification procedure/report adhere to Global requirements.

· Use virtual tools (WERS, FedeBOM, Teamcenter) to evaluate the feasibility of new model designs for assembly

operations E2E Project Management

· Key Responsible for Cost reduction and improve quality through standardization, modularization and process

efficiency improvements.

· Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity in vehicle design phase and drive "design for

manufacturing" for all new product development with Ford GPDS

· Lead for conduct process audits to ensure vehicle process discipline and ensure Part allocations schedule Build

sequence meetings and addressing Severity issues.

· Capable of creating Excel Macros to automate the processes.

· Virtual Environment Creation in Teamcenter

· Power tool feasibility check and provide result.

· Assembly path sequence Check.

· Flexible Part simulation.
